Debate Stirred up in Daedalus Flight, the Testing Environment. Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano said that the developers have reached out to the community and asked every interested party to download Daedalus Flight so they can test the wallet and offer feedback on the changes.
In his tweet, he said;
“Daedalus Flight is a new ‘pre-release’ version of the Daedalus wallet. Specially created for ADA holders who want to help us test new Daedalus wallet features. We decided to release the performance update first on flight. Please download and try it out. Let us know about the performance improvements you see.”
While testers are satisfied with almost everything about the wallet, most people have complained about the time required for the wallet to sync with the Cardano blockchain. Most of them agree that the synchronization is painfully slow despite the Shelley update and everything else. Following the feedback, IOHK has acknowledged the problem and confirmed that they are working on it. In one of their official articles, they noted;
“Daedalus is a full node wallet and requires a copy of the Cardano blockchain on your machine to operate. The blockchain is now over 6Gb in size on disk as of August 2019 so if your internet speed is quite slow it could take many hours. For most users with broadband connections and a relatively new machine, full sync should take about one hour.”
Cardano ADA Approaches Bullish Reversal Following Decline
In other news, the price of the Cardano ADA token has been struggling against the USD. At the time of writing, it was trading at $0.129369. This means that it was down by 1.66% against the USD and down by 0.81% against Bitcoin BTC. The trading volume over 24 hours was $321,548,976 and the market capitalization was $3,354,162,295. Despite the current price of the token, some analysts believe that the token is approaching a bullish reversal and might reach it soon. In the words of the analyst;
“Just took a look at a random major $ADA. Notice how each rally is weaker, with a smaller impulse and declining volume. There are red flags everywhere for me. Yes, there’s no confirmation but we really can see some pullbacks deeper than you expect. This looks ready to fall off a cliff.”

- Cardano ADA Approaches Bullish Reversal Following Decline
The Cardano development team has been working on network improvements for months releasing one update after another. The Daedalus 2.0.1 is the latest version of ADA’s native wallet and it comes with a lot of improvements.
While most members of the Cardano community have been happy about the updates, some people aren’t satisfied with it and it has led to some debates in the Cardano community. In Daedalus Flight, volunteer users have been testing the improvements of the Cardano wallet in a live environment with real ADA tokens.
